Salted Caramel Choc Chip Cookies

Dry Ingredients
- 1½ cup almond meal
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 tbs Loving Earth Coconut Sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- 2 rows chopped Loving Earth Mylk Chocolate
- 2 rows chopped Loving Earth Salted Caramel Chocolate
Wet ingredients
- 2 tbs rice malt syrup
- 2 tbs Loving Earth Coconut Oil
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 3 tbsp water
- ¼ cup almond milk
- Step 1Preheat oven to 180C
- Step 2Combine dry ingredients into a bowl
- Step 3Combine coconut oil, rice malt syrup in pan on very low heat once melted take off heat and add to dry ingredients along with vanilla extract, flaxseed, water and almond milk
- Step 4Mix together all ingredients until nicely combined (cookie dough texture)
- Step 5Roll into balls and place on prepared tray, 3cm apart. Press down slightly using fork
- Step 6Bake for 10 mins or until light golden and cooked. Transfer to a wire rack to cool and enjoy!
