Chai pudding is one of those chuck-together recipes that you can do in a rush or as a fine art! with so many variations, your options are endlessly endless ;) this one is with Chocolate & is by far one of my favourites - because well, chocolate.

Choc Berry Chia Puddings

- ½ cup Loving Earth Chia Seeds
- ¼ cup Loving Earth Drinking Chocolate
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup boiling water
- ¼ cup Light Agave Syrup
To Serve
- Coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries
- Handful Loving Earth Coconut Chips
- Chocolate Coated Berries (optional, but highly recommended)
- Step 1To make the chia pudding, place all the pudding ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until really well combined. The mix will appear quite wet but will thicken substantially as it stands.
- Step 2Place in the fridge to set for 15 mins (or longer).
- Step 3Divide equally into bowls and top with coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, flaked coconut and chocolate Incan berries (if using).
- Step 4Serve and enjoy!
