Tropical Papaya Breakfast Bowls

- 1 Papaya
- 1/2 lime
- 3 tbsp Loving Earth Caramelised Clusters
- 1 cup plain coconut or Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut
- ½ banana, sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
- Step 1Halve the papaya lengthways and scoop out the seeds
- Step 2Spoon in the yoghurt & top with banana slices, coconut, blueberries, nuts
- Step 3Top with a generous amount of Loving Earth Caramelised Buckinis Clusters
- Step 4Squeeze over fresh lime juice & Enjoy immediately
