WHITE CHOCOLATE
- ½ cup Virgin Cacao Butter or Coconut Chocolate butter, melted
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil
- 1 cup soaked cashews (preferably for 3 hours or more)
- 2 tbs rice malt syrup or Coconut Nectar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 tsp stevia
- 2 tbs coconut cream
RASPBERRY, ROSE AND PISTACHIO
- Pistachio nuts
- Dried rose petals
- Raspberries
PEANUT BUTTER, STRAWBERRY AND MACADAMIA
- Macadamia nuts
- Strawberries
- Peanut butter
- Step 1Blend all ingredients for the white chocolate in a high speed blender until a smooth consistency is is formed. Pour into your preferred chocolate mould, mix through your toppings and freeze.
