During the cooler months I love nothing more than a hearty warm breakfast. My go to breakfast would have to be this warm chia pudding with coconut fried banana. Top it with your favourite fruits, Loving Earth chocolate and a sprinkle of superfoods for a nourishing bowl that will give you energy for hours.

Warm Chia Pudding with Coconut Fried Banana

- ⅓ Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon.
- 1 Banana
- Coconut Oil for frying
- Step 1Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk and cinnamon in a bowl and place in the fridge overnight.
- Step 2In the morning heat the chia seed pudding in a small saucepan, stirring until evenly heated through.
- Step 3Slice a banana into pieces and fry in a saucepan with coconut oil with a dash of cinnamon.
- Step 4Place all desired toppings on top of your bowl for maximum deliciousness.
