Coconut Iced Chocolate

- 3 cups Coco Quench (drinking coconut milk)
- 4 tbs Loving Earth Dark Drinking chocolate
- 2 scoops Zebra Dream vanilla ice-cream
- 2 tbs toasted coconut
- 2 tbs Loving Earth Dark Chocolate, finely grated
- Step 1Combine Loving Earth Dark Drinking Chocolate with 2 tbs hot water and mix until smooth.
- Step 2Pour half of the chocolate mixture into each glass, swirl around the glass to create a pattern on the inside of the glass Add a scoop of ice-cream to each glass, then pour in the coco quench.
- Step 3Sprinkle with toasted coconut and dark chocolate. Serve & enjoy!
