Shame it didn't work out for toy, yes it's definitely frustrating when you've invested in ingredients and the result is disappointing.
I've made these little bites countless times for wholesale purposes and have received positive responses. Sometimes the brand and ingredients used can impact the result, as well as equipments and technique.
Having said that, I will have a go at making them again and adjust the quantities if necessary.

Made these this morning. Soooo sweet and rich I couldn't even finish ONE! (and I didn't even use the full amount of rice syrup in the recipe!) Also the tast of the coconut oil really overwhelmed the taste of the beautiful cashew cream centre. A bit disappointed really and the ingredients aren't cheap. Sorry.... :(
