Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

- 1 can of coconut milk or cream
- ½ cup Shredded Coconut
- 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp honey or Coconut Nectar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Powder (optional)
- Step 1In a glass bowl or large jar, add all of the ingredients. Mix well, place in the fridge then leave to soak overnight or for at least 2 hours. Serve with fruit and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
