Making chocolate is one of the great simple pleasures of life. Once you know the secret you might begin to wonder why you hadn’t tried it earlier. The basic elements are simple; you need some good quality fat, cacao butter of coconut oil, some antioxidant rich cacao and a sweetener to bring it all together. Feel free to experiment with the ratios to suit your tastes and needs!

DIY Chocolate At Home

- ½ of cup of Cacao Butter
- ½ cup of Raw Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Nectar (or Agave)
- pinch of sea salt
- Step 1In a double boiler gently melt your cacao butter, add in the sweetener and whisk to combine.
- Step 2When completely combined, remove from heat and add your cacao powder and sea salt, whisk until all lumps are removed and you have a velvety chocolate mixture.
- Step 3Pour into your chocolate moulds and add any toppings you like, fruits, nuts, seed or Buckinis!
- Step 4Store in the fridge until ready to serve or gift!
