    • Love Letters

Four little letters, one tiny word, and a whole lot of deliciousness filled with love.

They are full of goodness too thanks to Loving Earth’s cold pressed organic coconut oil, known for its healthy saturated fats which boost brain function and heart health, and the raw cacao powder which is high in antioxidants and other nutrients that help keep us energised, healthy, and happy. And we can’t forget the indulgent layer of Loving Earth’s Almond Crunch cashew mylk chocolate which not only tastes divine but is jam packed with plant-based nutrients.

Little kitchen helpers will love to get involved (particularly in the chocolate melting process!) but watch out for disappearing letters! As you can see, it was very nearly E for ‘eaten’!

    • Flourless Small Batch Black Fore...

Subtly sweet, super fudgy, seriously chocolaty (yet secretly healthy) rich chocolate cupcakes stuffed with black cherry jam, slathered with lashings of light and fluffy, freshly whipped cream finished with a sprinkling of dark chocolate a dusting of cacao then crowned with an extra glorious, sweet juicy cherry!

    • Raspberry and Coconut Slice

It’s pink, it’s beautiful, it’s delicious, and a perfect Mothers’ Day treat for the special ladies and Mumma Bears in our lives.

Not only is it raw, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar free, but it’s also filled with nutrients thanks to Loving Earth’s delicious buckinis: a grain-free, gluten-free, wholefood mix that combines raw activated buckwheat (a protein-packed seed) with superfoods such as Maca and Mesquite. And let’s not forget the good dose of antioxidants due to Loving Earth’s raw cacao powder. We reckon all of this makes it more than ok to go back for seconds!

So, tell Mum to put her feet up, pop the kettle on, and serve up an afternoon tea filled with love and a whole lot of goodness.

    • Chocolate Dipped Old Fashioned D...

When it comes to doughnuts, we do-nut discriminate. But one of our favourites is the Old Fashioned doughnuts. Crumbly and cakey. Dipped in 85% Dark and covered in cacao nibs. Doughnuts are my ultimate comfort food.

    • Mocha Morning Buzz

Our chilled smoothie version of a morning cappuccino has the addition of dates for a little sweetness, a touch of cacao and some rolled oats to make it thicker and more comforting so you’ll last longer on it. It’s a real treat and has a very round flavour. We are leaving some leeway here with the amount of espresso and dates, so you can make it as potent or as sweet as you like.

On hot summer mornings, we fill our glass with ice before pouring over the blend and call it a Mochachino on the Rocks.

This recipe is taken from Green Kitchen Smoothies by David Frenkiel and Luise Vindahl, published by Hardie Grant Books and available now where all good books are sold. Find out more information on the book here.

    • Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream

A classic combo, dark chocolate and mint. This ice cream is rich and creamy with a serious mint kick. It has a great texture from the cacao nibs and mint choc pieces. Super easy to make and is an impressive after dinner dessert.

    • Salted Caramel Swirl Ice Cream

This ice cream tastes like it should be evil! Super creamy and fluffy, with swirls of salted caramel chocolate and chunks of choc coated cacao nibs. Topped with our new obsession, caramel & choc coated almonds. Summer sorted!

    • Chocolate Mandarin Tarts

These are tarts that you need in your life. Loving Earth nailed the combination of mandarin and chocolate but I thought I’d take it to the next level. The flavours of the sweet refreshing mandarin and earthy, rich cacao are a match made in heaven. The Buckinis and Paleo Mix add a beautiful crunch and the silky smooth chocolate on top is irresistible. These are my go to for dinner parties as they have that wow factor to impress guests.

    • Cashew Milk Hot Cacao with Choc ...

    • Double Chocolate Crunch Bars

These bars are my new favourite! Packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals these little lovelies contain the goodness of raw cacao, mesquite and cacao butter which, due to its higher melting temperature will keep it from melting all over the place when out of the fridge. Round that off with some wonderful protein from the buckwheat and nuts, and you have a delicious, nourishing treat that is a winner for both kids and adults. - My ...

    • Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie...

This smoothie bowl tastes so sinful that it’s hard to believe it’s actually healthy. With the addition of nutritious power foods like banana and cacao powder and the protein from the peanut butter and almond milk, it will assist in keeping your sweet cravings at bay and help to keep you full for longer. So easy to make and too delicious not to remake, a must try for all peanut butter lovers.

    • Cauli Beet Breakfast Cups

This breakfast bowl is like no other. Cauliflower and beetroot for breakfast? Yes, and it's amazing! This really is one of those recipes you just have to trust me and go for it - you won't regret it!

Grated beetroot and cauliflower are cooked down with coconut cream and cardamom to create a warming and comforting breakfast like you've never tasted before. If chocolate is your thing, try adding 1-2 tbsp of cacao powder to transform this brekky into an indulgent chocolatey dessert! All these veggies at your first meal of and you'll be away laughing. Just add Coconut Paste and Cacao Butter and let set in the fridge! These are the perfect healthy treat alternative for school lunches and birthday parties.

Store these in the fridge or in the freezer if the weather is really warm so they don't melt by morning tea time!

    • Chocolate Granola

This is one my favourite things to have for breakfast and if I'm telling the truth, I sometimes have this as a cheeky afternoon snack too. Cacao takes centre place, offering you a really hearty (yet healthy) chocolatey punch. The sweet acidity of the Goji berries helps bind the whole dish together and as a massive fan of shredded coconut, for me this really couldn't be a better way to start the day.

    • Gluten Free Cacao Granola

This is not your typical granola. There are no oats, puffed rice or dried fruit. There is chocolate however, and we’re always excited to start the day with a healthy chocolatey fix! This gluten free mix is a perfect on-the-run breakfast or sprinkle over your favourite dessert or smoothie bowl.

    • Green Monster Smoothie (In Disgu...

If your child is a fussy eater and getting them to eat their greens is an issue, please don’t feel that you’re alone! Most parents have to navigate this over and over again with different tactics and strategies until their little one develops a palette for green veggies.

One tactic is asking your child to think of their favourite monster or green character and rename this smoothie with that name, if you’re lucky they may give this a go! If that doesn’t work you could add a tablespoon or two of cacao powder and this green monster goes in disguise as a chocolatey drink. Good luck!

    • Chocolate White Mulberry Canelé

Traditionally a canelé is a small French pastry with a soft and tender custard center and a dark, thick caramelized crust. This is my take on this French classic. Cacao again is at the forefront of this dish but is offset nicely with the freshness of the mulberries and the spice of the ginger. I often breakout these bad boys for dinner parties, particularly as they are so quick and easy to make. Last time I made ...
