While we take the time to form a smoothie that is pleasing to the eye, this smoothie is also perfect for when you've got to run out the door and need an extra pep in your step.

Dark Chocolate & Rose Smoothie Bowl

Rose Smoothie
- 1 large, ripe, frozen and chopped banana
- 1 drop, pure rose essential oil
- 100 mL coconut water
- 2 Tbsp frozen raspberries
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Powder
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Paste
Dark Chocolate Smoothie
- 1 large, ripe, frozen and chopped banana
- 100 mL coconut water
- 1-2 tbsp Cacao Powder (start with less, and increase to your liking)
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Powder
Toppings
- ¼ cup Chocolate Buckinis Clusters + Berry Choc Paleo Mix
- Raspberry Chocolate squares
- fresh berries (we like raspberries in this mix)
- dried and edible rose petals
- seasonal fruit (we used figs)
- Step 1For each smoothie, place all ingredients into a high speed blender and mix until very smooth. Pour into your bowl of choice.
- Step 2Once both smoothies are mixed and placed into the same bowl use a spoon to slightly mix and marble the two together. Spread on your toppings and dig in!
