Banana Nice Cream

No nasties, just everything nice. This banana "nice cream" is good enough to eat for breakfast. Top it off with all the fresh summer berries for an added festive feel!
Banana Nice Cream
- 6 bananas, peeled, cut into halves and frozen
- 1/2 cup-1 cup canned coconut cream
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
Toppings
- Loving Earth Caramel Chocolate
- Loving Earth Cacao Nibs
- Chopped up chocolate of choice
- Fruit of choice, chopped up: raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, banana slices
- Hazelnuts, chopped
- Step 1Place the frozen bananas in a blender on high, gradually adding in the canned coconut cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Step 2Pour half the mixture into a lined baking tin.
- Step 3Add the 3 tbsp. of cacao powder into the remaining mixture and blend on high until all combined.
- Step 4Pour the cacao mixture over the plain mixture in the lined baking tin.
- Step 5Using a skewer, gradually incorporate the cacao mixture through the plain mixture to create swirls, ensuring not to over-mix.
- Step 6Freeze for approximately 20 minutes to an hour until set.
- Step 7Remove from the freezer. Using an ice-cream scooper, scoop into waffle cones or into prepared bowls and decorate with your choice of toppings! Enjoy x
