Cookie dough & superfood balls

Cookie dough balls
- 1 cup almond
- ⅓ cup oats
- 10 medjool dates
- 2 heaped tbsp cashew butter
- 1 salted caramel bar roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 40g Loving Earth Salted Caramel Chocolate
Superfood Balls
- ½ cup almonds
- ⅓ cup oats
- ⅓ cup pistachios
- 10 medjool dates pitted
- ¼ cup golden berries
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Step 1For Cookie Dough Balls - In a food processor, blend the almonds and oats until they form a fine ‘meal’.
- Step 2add the remaining ingredients (except the salted caramel chocolate), and blend until the mix starts to form a ball.
- Step 3Towards the end of processing add the chocolate.
- Step 4Roll into balls.
- Step 5For Superfood Balls - In a food processor, blend the almonds, oats and pistachios until they form a fine ‘meal’.
- Step 6then add the dates, golden berries and tahini blend until the mixture starts to clump together.
- Step 7Roll into balls.
