A delicious, refined sugar free and vegan hot chocolate that takes almost no time to prepare. A perfect winter warmer. With the addition of some Loving Earth Mint chocolate to dip in, you really can't go wrong.

Cashew Milk Hot Cacao with Choc Mint Dippers

- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Powder
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup, or sweetener of choice
- 8 pieces Mint Chocolate
- Step 1Melt the Loving Earth choc mint chocolate gently, and divide the chocolate between two silicon ice cube moulds. Insert an ice cream stick into each chocolate, and then pop into the freezer until solid.
- Step 2In a small pot, combine the Loving Earth cacao, vanilla bean paste, and a splash of cashew milk. Stir the mixture until a chocolatey paste has formed. Turn the stove onto a medium heat, and add the rest of the cashew milk and water. Once the hot chocolate is at a medium temperature, add the rice malt syrup, and warm for another five or so minutes.
- Step 3Divide the hot chocolate between two mugs, and serve each with a chocolate mint dipper, which will melt away deliciously when you stir your hot chocolate!
