This is not your typical granola. There are no oats, puffed rice or dried fruit. There is chocolate however, and we’re always excited to start the day with a healthy chocolatey fix! This gluten free mix is a perfect on-the-run breakfast or sprinkle over your favourite dessert or smoothie bowl.

Gluten Free Cacao Granola

- 2 cups Walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 cups Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Plain Buckinis
- 1 cup Coconut Chips
- ½ cup Cacao Nibs
- 4 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 4 tbsp Coconut Nectar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
- Step 1Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Step 2Spread the mixture out over two baking paper lined trays and cook at a 100 degrees for 30 mins. Alternately you could dehydrate the granola at below 41°C for 10-12 hours.
- Step 3Remove from the oven (or dehydrator) and store in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
